Activis Warner Chilcott has two primary therapeutic areas where it concentrates its research, namely dematology and women’s health. Following a presentation to its engineering staff which was convened by its encumbent FM company, GEM were awarded a contract to install M2G boiler controls on the Condensing Modulation boilers which service the heating and hot water requirements of the Actavis building in Dundalk. The project was part sponsored (52%) by one of GEM’s Energy Partner Companies.
